Shipping Information:

We process & ship most orders within 24 hours. Orders ship FED EX GROUND unless you select to upgrade 3 day, 2 day or overnight. Ground shipping takes 1-5 business days depending on where you located within the US.

International shipping is via US POSTAL SERVICE. Most ship Global EMS. Travel time & rates vary depending on the country. Please call for details.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We are happy to accept a return for replacement or refund within 7 business days. Please call for an RA# which will go on the outside of the box before you ship it back.

A refund is applied to your credit card when the product is returned in resalable condition within 7 days. A 20% restocking charge applies to every returned order.

1. Are Flyboy Naturals Eco-Friendly Freeze Dried Petals safe outdoors? Yes, they are all natural, non-staining, not slippery, bio-degradable. Not harmful to the environment.

2. How long will the petals last? Given the proper care, storing them in a cool, dry & dark place they can last for many months or more. A dark bedroom closet works great!

3. Do I need to store the petals in a refrigerator or freezer? No, the petals arrive room temperature...they are preserved via freeze drying & should be stored around 65-80 degrees...A normal home or office temperature works great

4. Do freeze dried petals look crinkled & dry? Flyboy Naturals petals look almost the same as fresh. Freeze drying preserves them so the petals hold their shape, size & color....even the fragrance if they are fragrant to begin with.

5. How far in advance should I order my petals? You can order several weeks to several months in advance. Just follow the care sheet included in your order.

6. How quickly can I get a rush order? If you need petals overnight we are happy to accommodate your order. Simply place your order by 10am PST & select FED EX OVERNIGHT. Call to confirm the shipping charges and we will take care of the rest.

7. My venue will not allow real petals or silk will they allow freeze dried? Flyboy Naturals Petals are preferred by most venues as they are non-staining, not slippery, all natural. They can be safely used on carpet, pavers, flooring, linens etc. In fact, we are the only company that many historical venues, museums etc
