Returns Policy
Please call for return authorization number prior to returning the product. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. The RA number can be requested by email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be received by Flyboy Naturals in resalable condition within 10 days of issuing the RA number.
A 20% Restocking charge applies to all orders unless the return is due to damage. Product Refunds will be credited to the credit card used. Refunds will include shipping charges only if the return is due to an error on our part.
No returns are accepted after the event date.
This rarely happens, however if you have any damage during shipping via UPS, please give us a call we will begin the claim process with them. We will gladly replace your product right away while we wait for a resolution with UPS.
