"Here is the story; I am from Canada and work for an airline and I went to the British Virgin Islands to sail in an airline crew regatta. I met my husband Roar there (he is an 'earthling' ie. non-airline crew). He was sailing with friends of mine from Scandinavian Airlines. We fell in love and eloped six months later! As he was moving to Canada, we decided to have a formal viking/medieval wedding on Kalvoya (an island in the Oslo fjord). It was supposed to be only one night and it finally ended THREE DAYS later! :) My best friend since age 3, Katrina, flew in from Australia flew in to Norway be my maid of honor and my best friend from high school, Renee, was our bridesmaid/flower maiden. Her husband Spencer was our minstral and dinner entertainment. We had a fabulous time with a champagne orienteering game before dinner after the ceremony (as an icebreaker) as many people were having a blast having sword fights in the forest. Our friends Andreas and Sidsel ordered some of your petals just a month before our wedding. There is a photo of Ellen in a traditional Norwegian folk costume playing with the petals after the ceremony. I thought you would enjoy seeing the results of your products. Subject: forgot to mention with all those photos...

"The wedding party we had in Norway was our 'official' wedding for us. Roar's uncle is well traveled and was our 'fake monk' and the last surviving one of the Viking pillaging (in our story for the event) so we 'forced him' to marry us. One of my closest friends, Nathalia made me my crown of flowers for the ceremony. You can see us together in the photos. Also the photo of Roar and I kissing (in the previous email)you can see one of your rose petals in his hair. Thanks again!"
